About the project
The military forces faces constant challenges. On the one hand, internal challenges such as manpower, technology and resources, and on the other, external threats such as the strengthening of terrorist organizations and enemy states. In order to deal with these challenges, the organization sought to build internal tools that would enable the engagement of the soldiers and leveraging the organization’s amazing human resources.

Our task was:
The project focused on establishing an organizational process that enables a culture of pro-activeness and entrepreneurship among soldiers and commanders, which will lead to continuous improvement in the areas of training, service and technology.
Organizational analysis: analysis of organizational structure, mapping of decision-making processes. Design: Building a process of Steering committees and establishing an entrepreneurial system. Visionary: Kempian Challenges, establishment of an internal organizational campaign with challenges facing the army. Execution: execution of projects in two time periods: Short term – immediate improvement of localized and simple projects. Long term – execution of groundbreaking projects in cooperation with external organizations.
