We have worked with one of one of Israel’s three largest banks, with 260 branches, around 5,700 staff.
About the project
The Bank is interested in creating an Execution process for new ideas for products and services the bank can offer its customers. As part of the process, we pinpointed challenges and used them to brainstorm ideas for solutions to these challenges. These ideas then went through a validation process both internally in the bank and externally with entrepreneurs so as to ensure the selected ideas will be implemented properly as services and products the bank offers.
About 6 month
Our task was:
The project developed an entrepreneurial process the organization could execute in order to solve selected challenges. As part of the project, processes were built to decide on organizational challenges, raise ideas from the employees within the organization and develop a system for tracking these ideas and executing a pilot of them.
The project happened in three stages: (1) Analysis of existing processes, the organizational structure, the organization’s strategy and mapping of decision makers. (2) Development of an organizational infrastructure to connect between the steering committee and the internal entrepreneurs (employees that have raised ideas). Along with this, employees were given tools for raising challenges and leveraging ideas towards execution. (3) Development of a process for filtering ideas and conduction a validation process for the ideas in order to reach the pilot stage and implement them into the organization
